Robynn Pym has over 30 years of experience within the office technology space. She is an accomplished senior account executive, has her MBA and held roles in Global Account’s and State Senior management with Konica Minolta, Canon, Ricoh and Lexmark. Robynn has also worked in other industries including: outsource management with Drake and General Management with Office Corporate.
Her insights within the finance, legal, manufacturing and transport industries, bring extensive and industry specific experience to our team, both on a local and Global level.

Peter has over 25 years of experience in the office technology industry, having worked with Ricoh USA and Canon Canada. Over this time, he has held roles as: Practice Area Manager; Director of Legal Technology; and Digital Transformation Consultant, principally within the legal and manufacturing industries. The past 20 years, Peter has focused on working with his clients to optimize their workflows and identifying ways to effectively use technology to operate more efficiently and reduce costs.
Peter’s work specifically within the legal industry, has focused on developing strategies, that overcome workflow challenges and finding pragmatic ways to modernize firms Information Governance programs, resulting in fostering better collaboration both internally and with their clients.
Having spent 18 years within the print management industry, Wade has developed his career over this time, having held roles as: Global Enterprise Accounts Manager; National Accounts Manager; and Business Development Manager. With strong experience across the energy, insurance and financial services industries, Wade has focused on identifying the opportunities to develop solution strategies to uncover their value in set vertical markets.
Wade has and continues to broaden his knowledge base, to have a solid understanding of emerging technologies and products and to be a demonstrated technical expert in: scanning, copiers, printers; digital workflow; and document management systems. Sally has enjoyed Sales/Customer Service Roles for her entire career. With a background originally in Nursing which included Management and Training, moving onto B2B Medical Sales and most recently Direct Sales Management, Sally is well positioned to assist her Customers as our Associate – Global.
She has passion, attention to detail and a drive for ensuring the best solutions for CPC’s clients.
Howard joins the CPC team in the role of Associate – Global working across Client Services, Audits and Reporting. Having spent 12 years in Government Compliance and 13 years with the Australian Army in Frontline Management, Supervisor of Customer Services, Workplace Training and Assessment and as a Communications Specialist, he brings a new set of skills to the CPC team.
Howard focuses on the importance of accuracy, service delivery and taking a proactive approach at all times. His highly developed verbal and written communication skills, allow him to communicate clearly and effectively in all forms at all levels. Howard maintains a strong and dedicated commitment to achieving positive and productive outcomes.
